I would definitely recommend Ideal Dental! I was able to schedule an emergency appt before they opened and was able to get everything done. The process was smooth with little to no wait at all. Everybody was so very nice and understanding with no judgement.

I had a great 1st time experience. No awkward equipment to take X-rays. The dentist was friendly and explained everything, answered all of my questions. I was very pleased, I will be having my dental work done there.

I had the best experience at Ideal dental. I made an appointment at the wrong place, so when I walked in they didn’t have me booked to come in. But that didn’t stop them from helping me. They took me back and started helping me and making me feel welcome. They were so welcoming and kind, they keep me aware of what they were doing and making sure I was ok the whole time.

The entire staff is great! Kind and professional. Dr. Pham is exceptional! No judgement, extremely kind and funny, and really works with you when dealing with dental anxiety. Can’t recommend them enough!

I absolutely love this place. I have had to wait a year because my insurance wasn’t enough coverage to get the work done that I needed it done on my mouth. I can’t tell you How many dental offices have been through searching for help they were cold and all they talked about was money ! they didn’t seem to have a sense of care at all whatsoever however, coming to this office however, I have Nothing but happy tears. They listen to my complaints they thoroughly did their jobs. They’ve worked with me financially and finally I’m getting my teeth FIXED! and yes, I’m in tears as I’m saying this! Arali is AWESOME The whole staff has been nothing but awesome and kind thank you so much! 🩷🩷🩷🩷🩷🩷🩷🩷

The staff was exceptional, friendly and attentive. Dr. Pham was personally friendly, but very knowledgeable. He answered my questions without hesitation and explain what was going to happen and why. I was very impressed by these professional people!!

Yesterday was my first visit to this dentist. Dr. Pham was very pleasant, very knowledgeable, and very thorough in his treatment. My visit was an emergency visit in that my veneer had popped off a front tooth and broken in half and my teeth also needed a cleaning. Dr. Pham and his team immediately handled both tasks, as well as all the minor details required to replace the veneer. The entire office staff made sure that I was comfortable and aware of the next move. I would recommend Ideal Dental in Forney, Texas to anyone searching for a dentist.

Amazing staff, and fast service. All my questions and concerns get answered the day of my appointment and if needing to reschedule they do their best to work around my work schedule! I recommend this office to all my family and friends. Always ask for Jessica she’s the sweetest.
